FAQs
Do I need to be fit to start?
No! PT is designed to get you fit, regardless of your starting point.

What can a PT do for me?
A trainer provides tailored exercise programs, nutrition advice, and motivation to help you reach goals. We are here to keep you accountable and make sure you are always on the right track.

Am I too old to start?
You are never too old! I work with anyone ranging from 16 - 80+ so whatever your age or ability I can help.

I have an injury; can I still train with you?
Yes, I will always adapt your training where needed. However, training can often help rehabilitate and strengthen injured areas. I also have experience working with clients needing rehabilitation after a car accident and stroke so you are in good hands.

Where do the PT sessions take place?
The PT sessions will take place in a private gym studio based in Bicester. Please get in touch for full location address.

How often should I train?
I always recommend beginners start with 2-3 sessions per week to build up a routine and fitness levels before progressing to more.

What should I wear/bring?
Wear comfortable gym clothes/trainers and bring a water bottle and a small towel.

How long is a PT session?
Sessions will last 60 minutes and this includes a warm-up and cool-down stretches.
